This will depend on the venue you are visiting, and will range from 200 to 400 square meters of game space. The virtual space is much larger however, and we reuse the space with some nifty tricks we have developed.
All players need to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled game time.
We do our best to accommodate late arrivals however there may be a wait while we attempt to work you back into the schedule. There are no refunds or credits for arriving late.
Refunds or rescheduling require 24 hour advance notice.
This is an active experience so please make sure you wear comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear (i.e., no high heels). We also recommend not wearing mascara or heavy makeup as it can smudge the lens and impact your experience.
Most glasses will fit comfortably under our headsets. Our game masters will be there to help you adjust the headset for the best fit.
Every part of the system is designed to give you an immersive experience without any of the motion sickness typically associated with virtual reality systems. Since changing our headsets in November 2016, 0.02% of our players have pulled out due to motion sickness.
Mechanisms are built into the game and a game master will be guiding you to prevent that from happening. It is your responsibility to pay attention and follow all instructions at all times to remain safe.
Players must be at least 10 years old and 4ft 4in tall to play all experiences. This restriction is due to several factors including content and the weight and size of the equipment.

Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to play. You will not receive a refund or credit. Do not arrive inebriated.

For safety reasons anyone with the following physical conditions are not able to play:
- Epilepsy or similar seizure disorders.
- Inner-ear or balance issues.
- Deaf or severe hearing loss.
- Broken arm or leg.
- Wheelchair users.

Game play is not recommended if you are heavily pregnant or have a heart condition.
